This 15 hour / 10 session personalised coaching program is for individuals who feel trapped by depression and haven’t got the results they expected from traditional methods. Offering a proven alternative approach to managing your mental health. Using a blend of the Demartini Method, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Healing and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), this program provides you with the tools and insights to see depression in a new light and take control of your emotional well-being. With my own lived experience and coaching that will both challenge and support you, you’ll learn to shift your mindset, reduce symptoms, and regain clarity and confidence.

How It Works
Step 1: Initial Assessment and Values Determination – In the first session, we will explore your personal history and values, identifying areas where you feel out of alignment and uncovering the root causes of your depression.
Step 2: Balancing Emotional Perceptions – Over the next few sessions, we’ll use a blend of coaching methods to balance perceptions, dissolve emotional charges, and restore your emotional equilibrium.
Step 3: Reconnecting with Your Highest Values – We’ll explore how you can take action that aligns with your authentic self, reducing depressive symptoms by living in congruence with your true values.
Step 4: Creating a New Vision for Your Life – In the final sessions, we’ll create a purpose-driven vision for your future, giving you the tools to sustain your emotional well-being and continue growing beyond the program.
